A FEW MORE DETAILS...
Hey there! Here's a few more details on the rates:
There's a deposit of $500 (in season) or $400 (off season) to secure your date, which is applied toward your final invoice minus a 25 nonrefundable admin fee. I don't automatically add gratuity, but if you love your services you're welcome to tip your artists on the day of the wedding. Travel is included within 25 miles of the cities. Travel outside of the cities varies per artist, so shoot me an email and I'll give you a quote! I also cover credit card fees and parking fees. (However, if you have extra parking vouchers for hotels we'd gladly accept them!) If you've got a big wedding party and we need to bring in some extra artists, there aren't any additional costs for that either. If you have a multi-day wedding, a wedding party over 10 people, or travel 2 hours or more from the cities, email me and we can talk in more detail. I also can provide a custom bridal package for two brides or two grooms. Lastly, if you don't meet the minimums for our busiest days, we can sometimes still make it work depending on the timing and location of your wedding so please still inquire to see if we can work something out.
