Puppy Love

I had the opportunity to do a photoshoot for this lovely couple at Parley Lake Winery in Waconia, MN. They weren't able to do a real wedding for themselves, so they were delighted to play bride and groom for the afternoon and have some beautiful photos to share with friends and family. (Photos taken by the talented Laura of Lumos Images).

I just added some eucalyptus to her hair to keep it simple and pretty, and since she didn't have a veil it was the perfect finishing touch. I actually used extensions to create this look, as her natural hair was really fine and only fell a bit past her shoulders.

The other super fun thing about this shoot was the dog! A lot of couples LOVE their pup, but can't imagine how they will keep him/her under control during the wedding. In that case, just have your favorite pet be a part of your photos-it's makes for some seriously cute and fun photos!

So much fun!! The dress in this shoot is from Mara Marie Bridal and the flowers are by Main Street Floral in Waconia. Makeup is by my lead makeup artist, Miranda :)

I'm not even a big dog person, and I love this photo!
